Over the years we've dealt with a wide variety of document types: strategic plans, quality systems, funding applications, tenders, self-appraisals, educational and training materials, annual reports, submissions, working party reports.

Our client organisations range from large banks and insurance companies through state bodies and universities to small firms and charities.

We do not claim to be experts in strategy or quality — or in snail-farming or construction project management or any of the other subjects we've worked on over the years. Our role is usually to help the client's own experts to get their message across to their readers. Sometimes the readers are themselves experts, as with self-appraisal reports for external peer groups, and sometimes they're non-experts, as with an in-company training document.
